Salvatore A. Carfagno, DO, FACOOG

Dr. Carfagno received his Baccalaureate degree from Hahnemann University in June 1990 and graduated with honors. He then pursued his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in June 1995 and received several honors and awards for academic excellence. He completed his Obstetrics and Gynecological residency with the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in June 2000. Dr Carfagno is Board Certified by the American College of Osteopathic Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Carfagno has over fourteen years experience practicing OB/GYN and opened his own practice in February of 2007. He is a member of several professional organizations including the American College of Osteopathic Obstetrician and Gynecologists (ACOOG), the New jersey Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, the New jersey OB/GYN Society the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).

Dr. Carfagno’s hospital affiliations include Atlanticare Regional Medical Center and Shore Medical Center. His special interests include minimally invasive surgery, daVinci robotic surgery, advanced laparoscopy, menopausal medicine and high-risk pregnancy.
In addition to providing complete OB/GYN services, Dr. Carfagno is also trained in both Botox and Juvederm procedures, along with the HCG Weight Loss program.
In his spare time, he can be found spending time with his wife, Dana and their three children, Salvatore III, Olivia and Sophia. He resides in Egg Harbor Township, NJ and is an assistant coach for the Cape-Atlantic Fighting Eagles football team and the Egg Harbor Township Running Eagles Lacrosse team.


Katelyn Molnar PA-C

Katelyn completed a 5-year accelerated Physician Assistant program at King’s College and received her bachelor’s degree in medical studies with minors in biology and neuroscience, graduating with honors in August 2022. She then received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in August 2023. Katelyn dedicated her master’s thesis to OB/GYN focusing on How Does Isoxsuprine Compare to Nifedipine in Preventing Preterm Labor.
Katelyn received the Association of Physician Associates in Obstetrics and Gynecology student award in May 2023. This award recognized her contributions and dedication to the field of OB/GYN. In addition, it acknowledged her volunteer work at Volunteers in America where she provided health care to women in underserved communities. Katelyn received this award at the AAPA national conference in Nashville TN.
Katelyn is board certified by the National Commission of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants, the Association of Physician Associates in Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Association of Plastic Surgery Physician Assistants.
Katelyn is originally from Toms River New Jersey and enjoys spending her free time with friends and family. Katelyn enjoys going to the beach, reading, shopping, and traveling. In the winter you can catch her snowboarding in the Poconos. She has 2 Boston Terriers and 1 French Bulldog (Molly, Mocha, and Minnie) who she loves very much. Her friends would describe her as outgoing, caring, and empathetic.
Katelyn provides compassionate and patient centered care. She strives to provide a comfortable atmosphere for all patients allowing for the highest quality of care.
