PATIENT INFORMATION
Please keep in mind that you are making an appointment for the provider of your choice and each provider has their own appointment schedule. We do encourage our obstetrical patients to see each provider during their prenatal course. If you find it necessary to reschedule an appointment, we ask that you kindly give at least 24 hours advance notice so that we may use that time to care for another patient.
24 Hour Phone Service
Our automated phone system was designed to expedite your calls as quickly as possible. If care is needed after regular office hours, our system will direct you to our answering service who will contact the provider on call. It is important to remember that you must disable any call blocking or restrictions on your phone.
Insurance and Fees
We accept most major insurances including Horizon, Amerihealth, CIGNA, United Healthcare, Medicare, Tricare, Healthnet, Oxford to name a few. Since the billing and mailing of statements is an expensive process, copays and fees are due at time of service. At your initial pregnancy visit, you will be given information regarding obstetrical insurance coverage and fees, if applicable.
